The Fremont bridge is reading N10-14 right now. Scappoose says N13. I'm leaving in about an hour. North is kinda on-shore at the kite beach, so I might go up to the nude beach. That will also allow me to try out my special rudder system when I face plant. Anybody that has my cell can call for an on-site report.
