Yeah, it's getting frustrating that the Clatsop sensor is down more often than not. Time to send some more emails to NOAA. Confused

Stu, can the iKite crew get something going up there?

it is staying northerly though which might be a fleeting hope - I was surprised to see manzo blow yesterday, though it wasn't high-quality wind. I can't complain, it blew! there are some indications that Friday/Sat will bring some brisk southerlies here on the N coast.

Wow...you'd think with a major commercial waterway close by they would keep closer tabs on the sensors in that area. I'm sure everyone from kiters to bar pilots use those in combination with the buoys for a check on conditions. I remember clatsop spit sensor being fluky and on and off since 2001
