OK, this is the background. Bought a new Switchblade 12m complete, then a 7m SB demo kite, then a used bar for that kite from a trusted rider. I got the ocean handed to me in Puerto Rico with the 12m and was hoping I could blame it on the lines.

Where do you set the sheeting when checking line lengths? I thought it was full power and that’s how the large bar worked out, but the smaller bar was only even with the sheeting set at full De-Power! I gets so confused sometimes. So, what is it? And what kind of knots do I use at the attachments? And yes, I still am kooked up.

Full power is correct, according to the 121 manual.

Is it the same for the OG Crossbow bar? I'm thinking so.

Were you using 221 with SB? Could this be why you were having problems?

they are the correct bars for the older 06 kites, the CB CS bars. I bought it from a rider that used to fly Cabrinha's and it is correct for the kite. NO doubt Wink Wink

Sheit, you were saying OG all along Embarassed , 221 and 121 are for newer models.

However, line length check is the same for the OG bar system.

You might find additional info in manuals for 2006 kites at:
