| No big mystery on the Rev. just use the same knot front and rear. You could use one knot closer to the kite on the front lines if you're near the top of the kite's wind range. |

i connect my front lines to the farthest knot out away from the kite and connect my back lines one knot in from that knot (the middle knot on Slingshot kites), making the back lines just a little bit shorter. I also remove the kook proof connectors and all unecessary pigtails.
one of the reasons i do this is because i do not like having the depower strap and knob 100% out where it is just the handle/knob holding the depower rope; i'd prefer the rope be wedged in the clam cleat. i dont really have any problems with kites back stalling; moving the back lines in a knot i think it gives the kite a little more power, makes it a little more responsive, IMO.
I setup all of my Fuels this way as well as my Revs unless it is really windy and i'm going to be really overpowered, to the point where i could go down a kite size but maybe just dont have the smaller kite with me. so ya, if it is just nuking out, it's a good idea to rig the knots even. i also think it is a personal preference of how you tune your kite |

| We set-up all our revs with the same knot front and back. That would be the knot farthest from the kite (first knot). |

I like using my 11m with 20 to 25 knots. I don't see how you guys are getting by with a single knot or two!!
