Sauvie Island looks like it might be possible in the afternoon per the ikite forcast.

Spike, you still in a position to observe?

Can we get an eightball prediction?

From the link on the forecast page, US Airnet says it's going to be questionable to no-go http://usairnet.com/cgi-bin/launch/code.cgi?model=eta&state=OR&sta=KSPB

Basically, like the forecast page says, at least 10 is what you need, but maybe with the current as strong as it is, you will be able to ride an 8 forecast.

Just have to watch the sensors to see if anything happens, or wait and go for the "sure thing" tomorrow.

Good morning NWkite, this is Spike, reporting live from the mouth of the Willamette river!
Currently a light but steady 5mph breeze from the north.
Stay tuned for more Sauvie Island weather reports as I will be here through september, now back to you Tom.

Yah, the Spike On-Site Report is the shit!

Magic Eight Ball sees potential for both today and tomorrow. If I was to bet based on unemperical historical data; the second warm Northly day is usually better. iKite is saying gusty tomorrow though so who knows… Rolling Eyes

I think it really boils down to how you shake and turn the virtual 8-Ball. Try it yourself and report back what you get. Arrow 8-Baller

Maybe we should do a sticky 8-ball Poll pkh???? Wink
