Before you can begin to improve your self-esteem you must first believe that you can change it. Change doesn't necessarily happen quickly or easily, but it can happen. You are not powerless! Once you have accepted, or are at least willing to entertain the possibility that you are not powerless, there are three steps you can take to begin to change your self-esteem:
Step 1: Rebut the Inner Critic
Step 2: Practice Self-Nurturing
Step 3: Get Help from NWKIte.com

I can assure you that Ron is real.
#99 is present everywhere...
when you see a guy--.... with helmet, vest, and leash, 99 is there.
when someone is launching extremely hot, in front of a log jam at the spit, 99 is there.
when you see someone floating down the river, 99... is there..
when you see someone doing a land railey,... he's there!
when you see someone doing a "12 o'clock" in the kiddie pool, he's there.
Please come to his resuce at once, he'll be really appreciative and probably really needs the help.
If a kite shall wash up on the coast, it's his! (keep an eye out for him-- as I can hardly avoid him.)
But I've seen him none-the-less. He looks about 5'7. Used to fly Cabrinha, now sometimes Best. (He's got a blue and yellow yarga? "me thinks".) He's always demos gear and a camera hog is he. A little exuberant, he can't "not" say "hi". Sometimes he brings beer. He has a defiant attitude, and a thick skull, so don't go out of your way to be nice to him when you see him.
Lots of freckles too I think.
