Missing North Pacific Direction (Kitesurfboard)

Hello Everyone,

It is Bea (from Big Shwins!). I was with Skite at Rufus today(thanks by the way for the comment...). Yes, I lost my board today. It was a custom North Pacific. You all know how small I am so no one would even want to ride a board that little. There is a HUGE reward if anyone was to find it. The current was unreal and I was so overpowered on my 6M that I couldn't even bodydrag upwind when I tried. My name is on the bottom of it. It is a pink and white board with a camp deck.

Please let me know if you hear anything about it. I am going to try and post on a windsurf forum too. Any suggestions on how to find this?

My condolonces. I have a 10' North Pacific longboard that spent some time in the Tillamook County jail before I was, eventually reunited with my sweet ride.

Have hope. You may well ride it again.

I've heard people getting their boards from the Boneville dam so maybe the Dalles dam has something similar. Maybe call them? Also heard of fishermen finding boards, but I don't know how you'd spread the word to them. Might just have to wait and see if one of them calls you. Lots of people have gotten their boards back before so there's always hope.

Thank you for the response! I am praying that it will come back to me. I really loved that board. It was my first custom board ever and was very sentimental to me. I am such a girl about gear!!

couple years ago my board was found near wishram. apparently there are some local swimming holes over there where eddies pull things in. don't think i would have ever seen it again if it didn't say "reward if found".

Bea,

After you lost your board, I told the guy that I was riding with that you had lost it. He said that he has seen a lot of boards wash into the little pools on the South side of the river. My guess is that you WILL get your board back...... someday probably when you least expect it somebody is going to call you and tell you they found it. Don't loose too many night sleep worrying about it and then before you know it, your baby will find it's way back to you.
