| yes, personally without much success in winter southerlies - it was really gusty with huge holes. If you search you'll find a few others have tried - including i think Tucker. Let us know if give it a try. |

I was just wondering about Vancouver lake - it looks like it could work.
But I wonder . . . could this be someone's secret spot? Could it be that the nay sayers just don't want anyone else partaking in the goods - so they bad mouth the spot? Could this be the fountain of youth for kiteboarders? The pot of gold at the end of the rainbow? A real live candy mountain that doesn't take your kidney?
Flat water? Strong, steady, predictable, reliable wind - without any current - and beautiful kite babes to catch and launch your kite every time!! I wonder . . . |

| Back in the day I learned to Ant leaf board there and it was fun but the water is so nasty now I dont think its worth the risk getting ecoli for it. |

I knew it!!! Just trying to scare us all away from this SSS.
I'm there - I'll just have to bring some extra penacylin or whatever it takes to clear up an infestation of Ecoli |
