well, I took a chance and got he goods. fully powered on the 14m t2 for more than an hour. I was the only one on the water but there was two kiters on the beach. I even managed to take the surfboard out and get a few jibs in.

My 8yo shot a quick video clip for the naysayers.. it sucks but he was cold and bored....

the new bridge is not open. The bridge seems to be almost complete as the decking is all poured but neither of the approaches to the bridge are completed so I would think it will be at least a month or two.

Pretty cool looking bridge though.

In defense of the Monkster, I should inform y'all that the nooberinski stance (hinie-on-toidy) you see in the vid, wasn't characteristic of his kiting most of the time out there. I think he was just being cautious as he was setting up for a jump in some funky gustacheousness.
