Forrest,

You are in Kodak Heaven where everyone can look like a pro.

Hope the wind mellows out for you. When it is windy there it is real shitty. Were sending you some swell, hopefully it arrives before you leave.

May you have some good 11-13m days, thats when it can become epic, also how is birdshit rock (that can really make you sick on a high tide), should be fairly clean after so much rain this winter, though.

Rip and Shred.

1 part tequila
1 part controy
1 part lime juice
over ice

Now that sounds like Heaven

Just curious, are you staying in the campo, or on your own? Last time I was there, we stayed on our own, just wondering how you like staying in the campo, if you are. Hope they are warming up to kiters, seemed like they were much more windsurf oriented last year.

It has always been a windsurfing spot. 20 years at least. You can't help but look like a hero on that wave, it and the wind are set up really nice.

Abre is the next killer windsurf break, razors, but OFF SHORE.

Lots of possibilities on a kite in the baja.

Back to San Carlos, for the kiter, go in March less wind bigger swell.

By May it will get ugly with an occassional swell showing. i mean by ugly as 5m in 2ft wind swell at 4-5 sec intervals, sucked windsurfing.

But occasionally it mellows and you will get gold.

Here are some pix, we're too busy kiting to take pix then. Been windy every single day, 6m Havoc is the shit, makes 35 mph feel great.

Swell is small but supposed to come up tomorrow. When the swell gets bigger we're going to start shooting video and still pictures. For now it's all freestyle and strapless riding on the small waves.

These new LF Rawson surfboards are awesome.

This dude was stoked to make it back to shore in the offshore winds that were dying.

We're staying here on our own. The campo looks awesome though, few people flew in yesterday.

Forrest, how about some pics of the camps, like to see how it has changed and the crowds.

You should get some great shots at the point, go have some chili.
