My girlfriend and I just got backk from 2 weeks in Costa Rica. We kited for a week in Bahia Salinas, then drove all the way down the Nicoya Pinnensula. CR is a good spot if you are travelling with people who don't kite, as there is lots to do. Pura Vida.

Nice pics! Looks like an awesome place too. How warm is the water this time of year?

Windsurfed that spot in 1993 with Norman List from Rock River Lodge... Is Peter still running Tico Winds up at the Lake?
Good memories seeing those shots... Back then, we slept in our boardbags on the beach.

haha you know Norm too bammer? I can't say I know him well but when we went last year there was a guy in our group who always went mountain biking with Norm when he was in the Gorge. Funny to arrive at Rock River Lodge in Costa Rica and see stickers from Hood River all over.
I went on a mountain bike ride with Norm and a few others on what we found out later was Norm's 60th birthday. He spent it kicking all of our asses on the hill, that guy is amazing.

No shit me too- summer of 93. Only one Palapa with a fisherman's family in the bay. Had a great time. Actually sailed there from Huatuco Mexico. Took 3 months!
Dragged my F2 Sunset Slalom to visit Norm too.
Thanks for posting the shots.
