Hey everybody,
I just got a HQ traction kite and need some help not killing myself with it... So i was wondering if anyone in nopo could help a newbie out? I'd dig knowing where some good spots to fly are in the city... Is there a go too place other than sauvie island? Btw I'm attempting to get the feel for the kite prior to lessons in the gorge...
oh yeah, any recommendations for lessons?
Thanks
clyde

I think your best bet is the airport. Might be harder to get decent wind now that we're starting to see some west days, but really, any direction will work there. What size is your trainer? 2m? 3m? Be careful on that beach though. There's a lot of glass and stuff to cut yourself up on.
Here's a link with a Google Map shot...
