Felt good to get out after a long layoff. The weather was great, but the water is still coooooold. I look like the penguin with those mittens on 
Thanks for taking the pictures Tom, and thanks to Joe for letting me try his skateboard and foil. Cruising around in the parking lot was a blast.

The drysuit worked fine - but if you wiped out hard and blasted water down the side of your head trough your hoodie your ears would ring and brain freeze - think the Hood River had to be 2 degrees colder

I have a nice thick wetsuit 5/4 with a long sleave wetsuit top underneath. First time I went out though I didn't wear any gloves because the air temp was so high. That was a big mistake though, especially riding a strapless surfboard.
came back in and grabbed my thick mittens and then my hands were nice and toasty

Yup... spinning the wheel not nearly as much fun as the free Sessions from Full Sail tho... BettyB and I sure had some fun up there on Sat!
Actually was colder at the Sandbar than up on the mountain! You guys out there sure were impressive!
