| I thought I read you can't kite their any more. Maybee it is just non guest can't kite thieir any more.

You do have to have a wrist band to go to the Atlantis water park. Cost is $110 -150 per person per day. 
When its super windy ( 9 meter) everyone runs off the beach and goes to the Casino. I would think you could sneak around and go to the far end ( the cove ) where the good riding is anyway.
Otherwise, if you have a wrist band you can kite on any beach you want. I even talked to the lifeguard and he said "cool" He wanted me to wear a life jacket.... I told him thats gay... He said ok, kite without one.
I suggest everyone look into Costco travel. They have the cheap deals on Atlantis and the Best deal..... Comfort suites. Its accross the street from Atlantis. About 1/3 the price and you get full access to the atlantis facilities.
