a lovely 48 degree ,frontal system , from the NW
with some largish surf

you'd have the place pretty much to yourself,,

too bad 52 degrees is my NW limit
better yet in a couple days that snow dump will be looking pretty darn fine

Semi-tasty Seaside sesh. A little eratic this a.m. in the full tide estuary but plenty of wind, waves and things to keep you on your toes. The estuary aka trollatorium has a new look this winter since the storm. Bigger, wavy'r and a fun north-side cliff for planting icepicks. Cool Seeing bluesky was awesome.

Nice Barfly

Amazing amount of snow at Meadows - around an inch an hour for the last 24 - torrential 41 degree rain, hail, sleet, and sun on the columbia on the way home - hard to believe you could find a window - way to charge Thumb's Up

Ahhh, I just had my first moonlight sesh. Landboard and 5m. SO epic. Estuary to downtown Seaside tacks and plenty of light and steady wind. Buggy was out too but I couldn't tell who. Eli?

Tucker, Florian, Alex, and I got a semi-decent little sess. in at Siletz today. Amazingly sunny with the occasional squal and light to pretty powered 11m. I'll put up some pics later.

Yeah, it was definitely the best weather I've had since Sept. Storms to the north and south, but blue sky on the bay!
Lots of fun! Very Happy

Regarding New Years Eve session. One of my kiter buddies bands is playing at the Shilo Inn on New Years Eve. And the beach is usually well lit up at night.
