I used a friends AIRCHAIR and its tough. The slightest lean forward and you are nose diving. You lean back or raise your arms and you take off out of the water. I have also seen video of a guy being towed into a huge wave and airchair surfing down it. From what I hear, much less... it is a very efficient design. Its also a lot more difficult because you are "flying" the foil as well as the kite. Cabrinha put out a cool video of kitefoilboarding awhile back...
