I was looking at the report for this weekend and it looks decent for Thursday and Friday, but I was told by someone that Manzanita was done for the year. What does that mean? And what wind direction is the best for Manzanita and Astoria?

Manzo will get gusty if it is due North because of the headland. Just like Seaside will get gusty in a due South. Any thing SW to NW should be ridable. (The NWer's become scarce as we get into winter). SWers are harder to predict, you kinda have to be there to pounce on it. For due West find a channel like the Necanicum. East/SE go up to Ft Stevens lagoon.

Easties tomorrow?
