What does that mean? And what wind direction is the best for Manzanita and Astoria? Any thing SW to NW should be ridable. (The NWer's become scarce as we get into winter). SWers are harder to predict, you kinda have to be there to pounce on it. For due West find a channel like the Necanicum. East/SE go up to Ft Stevens lagoon.
