I haven't kited in over a month now.. Sad
Last night I had a dream about kiting, it was somewhat strange:

All over campus people were flying kites (not regular kites, but kiteboarding kites) Some people used hydrogen balloons to keep their lines in the air. Some girl asked me to hold her lines that her balloon was attached to, I said sure. But the balloon had so much lift it cut my hand when the line zipped trough. Ouch. I thought I could get some serious air if I filled my own kite with hydrogen. It never came that however, I ended up wearing some sort of flying suit, with wings that were made out of brightly colored super-polymer feather-like panels (yes I knew these terms in my dream) that could fold out from behind me. I also had a helmet that was all black with a orange visor covering my entire face. Sadly, my alarm went off before I could try it out Sad

I really wish the coast had some good wind, first theres no wind, then theres too much wind, now its offshore, AAAAAHH!! I never realized how nice the gorge was...

Ocean is to be respected thats fer sure

I think you should tie your lines to the nearest tree and practice handlepasses Wink . That'll keep the fix down for about ten minutes.....take two and call in the morn

you might want to try sleeping with your purple bike helmet on and see if that helps.
