Nice pictures Carrol! Looks like you guys had a great trip.

Which kite launch is that?

Tonski and I will be visiting Kauai in mid-October. Her mom just moved there. Can’t wait to explore the island. ~Dano

Not sure where we were kiting at. Light winds in Kauai, had to ride my 16 every session. Beautiful beaches but hard to find good launching spots. Maui is probably better all around for kiting.

NICE!!! You have a place on Kauai. I like you already.

Remember the island has soooo much more to offer than kiting. An absolute must is to Kayak the Napali coast. One of the absolutely best experiences ever...if you dive do the dive off of Niihau...

My favorite Hawaiian island for sure.

We get off the plane in Maui around 10:00 a.m. so we should be ready to go kiting by noon if we can get the rental car without too much delay. We'll look for you at the beach!

5-35 is what it felt like this afternoon after i left you guys at kanaha, dang near turned my sonic inside out, ended up down on the reef, bouncing on my butt-another advantage to the much maligned seat- harness. Very Happy

kite was sure acting funny, though, thought my le had blown-but nope still blown up nice and firm. wierd!
oh well, all's well that ends well.
