Well our wonderful jetty island season has pretty much come to a close. Now we have plenty of Seattlites jonesing for some time on the water.
A crew of us are debating on whether or not this weekend would be worth making the trip. I'm curious what the local gorge folk think could come of the this weekend, in regards to wind in the gorge. |

| looks on par with what other forecasts are saying. George (I kitesurf) says out east will be likely lighter thatn what is shown above. |

i've never been impressed or trusting of that wind-surf site.
ikite expects a very nice central gorge day sat. and also on sunday, but with the best wind further east sunday. the great circle route from seattle.

really valuable if you don't have ikite, want a second opinion, or like to learn more about the thinking behind it.
the gorge is a weak substitute for good kitesurfing locations, but yesterday and today look they would have been really fun. |
