Any chances it will be good this weekend at the ponds...?
I guess the forecast is calling for East Winds over the weekend....

Rooster Rock is the ticket for Saturday....

Sunday is calling for a Nuke fest at Rooster and I don't have a 5 meter available...
But the ponds at Fort Stevens sounds nice...(Butterrrrrrr).... Wink

If RR is nuked out head to Stevenson for a bit less wind. If it's really nuking ppl have also ridden by Camas to the West. Ponds might work as well. You could also ride the coast Sat (if it's still Northerly) and ponds Sunday. No need for a 5m then. Better yet start the weekend early and go ride...

Camas is fun, though it's super water-level dependant. 50 @ Rooster = ~30s @ Camas! 5m REV and Rooster! Cool

Saturday:
Upper level flow becomes more northerly as a ridge builds along the coast. Gorge gradients flatten out and gradients start to turn easterly. Central and Eastern Gorge sites look pretty light but Stevenson should see east wind in the 15-19 range. Jones Beach looks light. Sauvies northerly in in the 11-15 range. North Coast NNW 18-22 with 22-26 at Manzanita. Central Coast NNW 20-24. South Coast NNW 22-26. NW swell 8 feet.
