living in a very windy and gusty place got fuel 07 7 and 11
want to change for rev 7 and 9
thinking that the low end can be quiet the same with 9 rev and 11 fuel
and high better with 7 rev than 7 fuel
for the ones who test both, what do you think about....? |

The REV 9 does pretty good in light wind, and will probably get ya fairly close to an '07 Fuel 11. The REV 7 is however a little closer to the Fuel.
In the REVs, the 7/9/11 are my favs, but depending on what your wind is like, you still may want the 11 (though it's got more low end than the Fuel 13). What kind of wind are you talking? Enough for say a 5m REV? It needs a solid 25 to even be rideable, but it'll handle mid 40s+, no problem! |

I ride 06 Fuels and the 9 REV can replace a 9/11 fuel..both for hi and low.
The 7 REV will have more range both hi and low than your 7m Fuel.
Normally if I rig a 9m Fuel, I would be pumping up a 7 REV, but that 9 REV can handle a lot of wind. Cause I've had great sessions on the 9m in gusts in the 30+ range. 195lb rider. |
