Right on Mark - nice pics. I saw your kite just as we were rigging up. It looked huge next to Josh's 6m (grey X2). We had a great DW to the park. I have to admit I was dodging some of the bigger bombsettos. They were hard to read as they would stay phat on the outside but then quickly double up and collapse. Friday seemed a lot warmer than Thursday. The water temp at Manzo is chillllllly!
Late September tastyness!

I saw you rig up and go play. I also saw you catch some nice air!
Josh was on a 6 m? Wow I was on my 16m. Over powered sometimes others just right. Would have been better if the kite was a little faster. Some of the quick turns need before the next wave caught up with me were hard to pull off.
Josh was doing some awesome riding on the big outside sets.
I am hooked and cant wait to come back and play somemore.

Josh typically sails several sizes smaller that the twintip crew. He's got a surfy custom directional and doesn't need all the pow.
I thought Manzo on Friday was as steady as it gets. Perfect 16m and nice swell. This 5-7' swell size is pretty average. Often much larger, rarely smaller. On a big day with high winds, Manzanita can be a formidable arena. No jetty to sneak under, just 100+ yard long walls and gusty wind. Classic!
Blew late there yesterday, hoping to get some more today.

It's already clear there and wind is clocking to WSW; should be moving to WNW/NW in the next few hours. The satellite looks good so Manzo could go as early as 1pm. Might even get up to the North coast too (I'm hoping here).
