THIS SUBJECT HAS BEEN GONE OVER & OVER  I SAID ALONG TIME AGO , A HELMET IS CHEAPER THAN A VISIT 2 THE DOC..... OR THE SAD PART 2 SAY ONE MORE TIME ,IS TO HAVE YOUR WIFE WIPE THE DRULE FROM YOUR FACE OR THE SHIT OFF YOUR ASS BECAUSE YOU CAN,T  WANT TO LOOK COOL  ...HOW COOL WILL YOU LOOK SITTING IN THAT CHAIR LAYING IN THAT BED OR 6FT. UNDER  (ALL 3 OF THOSE REQIURE NOT BEING ABLE TO STRING OUT YOUR LINES )...CAN,T TEACH TRICKS TO PEOPLE WHO WONT LISTEN ..THEY HAVE TO LEARN FROM THE MISTAKES THEY MAKE ..OR NOT LEARN BECAUSE THEY ARE NO LONGER WITH US.. :  .TROLL

It is up to you to protect your self. 
My choice is to wear a helmet in case of that one time I am going to need it. But it also provides 100 SPF protection for my bald head. 
My bike helmet save me just the other day in a mtb crash ...you never know when it is going to happen.

What % of KB's use helmets ya think? I don't wear one on snow or h20 - guess I'm behind the curve on this one. |

| Frozen water yes, liquid water not right now but I did when I was learning. It's really not a bad idea, especially when hitting sliders and such. |
