Yeah, but if it's too spicy or filling, my harness just squeezes it right out of me and I end up spewing. For those of you that have been sailing down wind of me during one of these episodes, I apologize.

I would love to see some sandwiches, thai, tacos, salads anything would be great. If possible keep it simple and cheap.
