heya bob,
well, what to say about floras lake?: great camping up in the trees just off the lake @$12/night, bring quarters for the shower, fairly steady winds best in the morning, shallow lake and lee-shore downwind for landing the kite for those walking back upwind, great wave action nearby at 7-devils. about the only negative besides the hump down there is the lake is faily small, lots of back-and-forth.
as of this posting, ikitesurf is calling for nuclear conditions (mid- to upper- 20's thurs, fri and sat, leveling off somewhat on sunday.) bring your small kites.
i will likely be there on thursday afternoon if the current forecast holds-look for a balding guy with a diaper walkng back upwind (sort of paints a picture doesn't it?) oh well, farm the ground you're standing on.
