Let's hear it. Who's scored the mega-sessions this year?
I'm up-to 71, but don't consider it any incredible sessioning feat.
I wanna hear from the commited kite junkies.
How many?
Most memorable mishap?
Best Dangler siting?
Did anyone else see a kiteboarding feature this weekend on NWNews Channel which featured vintage footage of Cory Roeseler with a rigid spar kite, extremely narrow board, holding a super long bar which was at least four feet long? It was very interesting. I'd forgotten what the equipment looked-like about ten years ago. |

How could it be undisupted... there are so many spots that you'd never know who got out the most. I didn't keep count this year, but I think I might next year. It was 3 days a week early season, 5-6 days a week last few months, now shifting back to 3 or so.
I'd put my bid in for most miles driven. Is there an award for that?  |

2005 has been a special year. Drawing on all my Slither powers to combat the dark forces that continually try to stand between me and the wind, I clearly secured the undisputed title.
Some of the highlights:
Aggro fisherman and their vein-popping aneurisms
Sasquatch getting a jet ski ride with the nude guy to look for his board
Formation of the Dangler Alliance
Close up whale encounters
Nectar landboard sessions
15+ mile downwinders
Somehow avoiding any speeding tickets (knock on wood)
Summerhouse sessioning in the River Troll-atorium
Quitting my corporate devil job
Hellfish tacos and other new product spectacles

Hey get your facts straight. . . The guys had his wetsuit on albeit it was 80's purple and black and I did get my board back.
It has been an increable season and its still going. . . Hitting the coast today |

OK, so his suit was on while you had your arms around his waist on the Jet Ski... What about on the beach when you had to approach him?

Though nude encounters are probably less likely as we get further into winter.  |
