I think they have their geography a little off...Cape Cod is in Massachusetts, not in NJ or NY....

Wind power and the largest proposed windfarm in the world slated for Nantucket Sound (Cape Cod's southern shore) has been a huge battle here for a long time now...it's an interesting subject.

wind generators online at costco starting at 1200.00 or so , it may power the electric pump at the spit.

Great combination, 60 ft high tower with whirling blades with 30+ kites flying around it, that would make for a day worth watching from shore.
