Good Game Hood River

Just returned from Hood River today. It was my first time in the water there so feeling a little intimidated I robbed a 7-11 to pay for yet another lesson just to be safe.

Spent the first three hours this morning in a private lesson. I became an expert in water launches after crashing the kite so many times, but that's a good thing. I the spent the rest of the day being tea-bagged and learning to get up on my board, which I did finally after a few tries. I got a few good runs in before having my ass handed to me and losing my board for an hour. Finally found it way downwind past the ramps and nearly the whole spit. Anyway, I had such a great day I had to share. If you were out you may have seen my on the orange/yellow fuel getting pwnd!1.

I'm still smiling.

Kudos as well for doing the right thing....when in doubt, get the wallet out and take another lesson.
