I miss "happy hour" at Extreme Hotel..I assume they still have the buy 1 get 1 free deal during happy hour.
I loved the DR:
Get up 10AM
Eat breakfast beach side
Wind turns on at 11AM
Kite in nice steady side shore 20knot wind
Hit happy hour..maybe eat something
Kite til sun down
Pay to have a local kid to put your gear away
Drink/Party downtown till wee hours in the morning
Repeat...
