Are there any lakes close by the small town by the bridge? BrDRdR Since 20 Aug 2005 26 Posts   Sun Aug 21, 05 6:08 pm     I've been up there for a couple of shows, and it was blowin' both times. I saw some windsurfers out on mid sized sails, but no kites. I think they launched from the far side, and right of the bridge over the columbia. It certainly looked do-able. I had my gear, but wussed out.
