On Sunday at Lyle I saw a guy doing a jump that looked like it had a rotation, but before he landed he "unwound" the rotation in the reverse direction. I can't even think how this would be possible. Once I start spinning, I can't change my rotation rate much, let alone reverse it.
Does anyone know what this trick is and how to do it? Maybe there was something else happening I didn't notice?
