Better buisness Idea: Tell stranded persons that you will haul their stranded selves back to shore for $50.00. Then for another $50.00 you'll go back and get their kite too! I would have paid you a couple times by now.

[quote="magicmaker"][

lotsa of people say there are logs / sticks that could impale you in the 3 foot deep water but i've only found one this year

Magicmaker,

Did any of the little yellow floats survive the winter?

They were put there last summer to mark 6 of the worst submerged hazards.

I would not encourage anyone to kite within 200 yards of the west end of Wells Is. I have paddled around the island in very low water and what I saw made my blood run cold.

staying at least 200 yards away from the island is sound advice.

I've only been up there twice this year and did not see any yellow floats Sad

i've decided i'm going to start buying liquid tide and try to wash my clothes as often as possible so i can make buoys to mark stuff up there and around the sandbar
