because the image is pulled from an ftp server, and basically if you're using internet explorer, it automatically loads the cached image off the hard drive of your computer because it is "easier" for it, than to actually check for and pull the new image. I've been meaning to change this behavior, but it doesn't exactly have a very high priority.
you can see teh most recent image anytime, by copy/pasting this address ftp://ftp.gorge.net/camera/netcam.jpg into your browser. I wonder if IE will cache an ftp:// url image? yeap, ie will cache an ftp url image, damn, that browser. firefox behaves this way as well |

Settings in browser can be made to check every time, or to cache as magic mentioned. |
