Looks like it will blow NW 13 to 15 or so....waves look fun.
Starting to blow now.
Manzanita is already blowing 20 plus.

A bit foggy, clearing off and on.

Good night for a downwinder. Forecast looks good for the next 4 days.

Anyone hit it up? How were the waves and h2o temps? - I'm thinking of hitting the North Coast tomorrow if it looks good - C

Didn't they include the coast in the meteorologist's forcast last year on iKite? - It looks like they aren't including it this year.

Yeah, I'm pretty sure they included it in the forecast last year. I know I was getting some forecast somewhere (whether it was right or wrong is a whole other issue...). If they're not including it this year you should send them a note or post on their forum. That's been known to get some results. Have fun if you end up going!

Hit Manzo @ 3 - sun, and fun 12m with surfboard for about 1 hr ...nice waves! then fog moved in, rain....came back to Seaside...nice 12m with the surfboard and slabs all over the place with some + size sets! Got off the water just before 8...amazing sunset ,,,thinking I had it all to myself...then I see the TROLL downwinding from who knows where!!

I gotta get some DWage tomorrow...these waves deserve it for sure!!

Opted for Sauvies... coast would have been more epic but its hard to ignore 16-24 at Scappoose and a 35 minute drive.

Pretty windy, plenty for the 9m. Chop, and gusty early.... but sun and PBR made it all better. Wink
