OT: Baja return transport

Hey folks,

I am looking to get a small 18' skiff on a trailer (total weight around 1000 pounds) towed from Phoenix to the Gorge sometime this spring. I know this is a shot in the dark but I figured it would be worth a try, as some people are heading back up with pickups or vans.

It would make for a slightly longer trip:

Mexicali - Hood River thru I-5 is 19 hours and 1,200 miles.
Mexicali - Hood River diverted thru Phoenix is 24 hours and 1,500 miles.

For this, I'd be willing to pay 100% of your gas from the border north. I could even pre-pay you through venmo.
