That's very cool man. I tried to get my son into kiting when he was a little younger than that. Here in SoCal, the main beach for learning, they don't allow you to teach without a permit. I had been teaching my son on the beach, but when I tried to get him in the water, a bunch of the instructors drove me off, saying that I couldn't do that, and I would need to book him in lessons. So I did. And the guy yelled at him so much, that he has never wanted to kite again. Ruined it.
