duotone is so 2020
slither, i stumbled across this....
As it turns out, the North Technology Group was so anxious to get into the kiteboarding market that before the ink of the logos was dry on the 2019 Duotone Rebels and the like, NTG announced that they would be developing and launching a new line of kiteboarding products for the 2020 season. To do this, they needed people who could design and deliver products, so they ended up recruiting a number of the leading people from Cabrinha. This new team will create and produce this new North line. There is your Cabrinha connection.
In summary, the old North now becomes Duotone with everything behind it the same. The “new” North Kites will launch in 2020 and will probably have a lot of similarities with the current Cabrinha kites. For 2019, Cabrinha will be very much what it is now, for 2020 somewhat less so. Beyond that, we shall see.

Although the old Cabrinha new North designer (Pat) has gone back to Cabrinha even though Pete Cabrinha is now gone from Cabrinha. Got it?
