Is it still windy in LV from late April to mid May? Would it be worth bring kiting gear down? Asking for my nephew. He is planning a chartered sailboat trip out of La Paz and would have some time. . .

He just twin tips and biggest kite is a 12m.

I average 60% days on the water in the winter months. I have friends that stay until May and love how the place empties out in April but the wind days are 30-40% most years, but every year is different. This is all twin tip reference, foiling numbers go way up!
