Usually there are multiple holes on foot straps which allow one to increase or decrease the volume of the banded area/enclosed foot strap area where one puts their feet into.

If that doesn't work for you, you might have to drill some holes in the rubber/fiber of the foot strap in order to make the banded area/enclosed foot strap area smaller.

Not sure where you live, but I'm fairly certain one of the fine retail water sport shops in HR can help you. Might cost you some labor time.

Sounds similar to having problems with one's ski boots. Those tech's can work wonders with fitting. . . Like ski boots, the foot straps as well as the harness are so import with regards to comfort as those areas are the transition areas where the kites power is transferred.

If you mess around with the screws with your foot straps be careful not to strip the screw base, try not to cross-thread. It is easy to do when installing foot straps as the foot straps seem to place pressure upon the rubber/fiber straps and cause them to angle out relative to the female screw base housed with the board. Also be sure to blow or wash out any sand that might fall into the screw base before placing a screw.

A less favorable option is to buy some neoprene booties, which come in various thicknesses.

Yeah you are.

Anyway, if your own adjustments don’t work, you can try SP Kiteboarding. I’m, ahem, a little smaller than you and wanted a custom fit so I ordered a set. They are really excellent.

F-one footstraps fit smaller feet. Are French feet smaller?

They work well for me (ladies 8.5). They're nicely contoured with support and have good float (refers to the amount of foot mobility) without being roomy. I love them and put them on my Shinn boards too.

You might want to try the LF Phase https://liquidforcekites.com/product/phase/
before they sell out (as LF is out of the kite business now)

I have the older version of this strap (can't recall what it used to be called) and it fits quite small feet.

Size 6 women's size foot here. Strongly recommend the Cabrinha H1 footstraps in size small (not regular). Only one that has worked for my size feet after years of swimming in other footstraps.
