Absolutely - go for it.
head to Playa Central and kite from their beach.... they're next to the main campground on the beach.
walk the beach south to Baja Joes.

LV is slowly turning into a Barilles with resorts and mini malls. More and more quads on the beaches(sad). We now have 35 restaurants and 25+ kite schools. Very few beer belly's, more consistent wind, but more chop. Kiting has tripled here in the last 3 years, so crowded on a good day. Better foiling and a nice catchers mitt to catch wayward beginners and lost kites(south beach). Great music scene and much better mountain biking. Winds will be 16-20 today.

It's your last day? No, just go have fun in the water where you're at. You can always check out LV on another trip.

OC - Hope you enjoyed your choice...

Funny we are here in Los Barrilles too...and ventured up to LV yesterday.

BTW - Both choices were right Smile Two days out of my lifetime goal of 1000 kiting in BCS.

STOKE LEVEL 9000 (>————🏄🏽‍♂️

Cheers,

Mc

Hey Nevo!

Every great journey starts with a SINGLE STEP....with a little local thermal help, today will be day #3 leaving just 997 more to go...

Needless to say the STOKE LEVEL is pegged

2 of our crew went up 7 of us stayed back. I was blessed with an awesome downwinder where I kited with dolphins. The 2 that went up said they had an awesome day and had never seen so many kiting and throwing down. Can't complain about either decision.

Best part of being at the start: You've got 997 days to look forward to!
