I remember an older thread showing some clearing of rocks for a kite launch. Has anyone used it this season? Feedback?

Usually a few kiters there every windy day but last week the seaweed in the cove was still not bad. Just a small amount of gravel added on the paths it seemed. I’d use the cove unless you have someone to launch you with you in the river since the rocks are slippery!

I’ve been there several times this season. It is as macgruber said. The rocks are nasty but the wind blows a gale through there.
