They (SAK) ignored over two decades of bad image, and activities by promoting an event at a less than desirable location. No matter how we read the legal wranglings... it ain't good to publish. Why not re-load this event at Jones?

Did you hear directly from someone who was ticketed? Really bad news if so. Or is this a “I know a guy who knows a guy who heard a guy got ticketed” kind of thing?

Thanks for sharing, I don’t need a felony.

Heard through multiple channels that they started ticketing kiters at Lyle again, and that tickets are $1000 and a felony charge (after not patrolling for a long time). Haven't been out there since I heard that, don't need a felony on my record for kiting. Thanks South Africa kite school.

It was either started by a kite school to lessen the crowd or a wave runner company to create more sales. Laughing
