I was thinking about going to Lyle, but the thought of 40 degree water kept me in bed till noon. How was the water temperature?

Was the wind fairly consistent or gusty? Just curious how a straight westerly affects wind in the gorge. I was under the impression that most windy summer days in the gorge are caused by north-westerly onshore flow at the coast. Is this assumption incorrect?

I've had the '07s for a few weeks now and flown the 11 and 7... 11 is roughly the same with the bar being the difference, nuf said about the bar.

The 7m tho is really the standout for me. Gusty WSW sesh yesterday was my first time and this will really be a nice gorge/manz kite. Very stable and smooth for a little kite. Beautiful depower. Nice job SS!! Razz
