I've read a few of the posts on this forum, anyone else have any beta? Looks like best surf is on west side, how about spots to foil? Thanks I rented gear from 15 knots kite school a few years ago when I was in San Juan for a wedding. Smooth wind for a big kite -- it was fun and the people at 15 kts were nice. It's right near the airport. I stayed at Beach Hotel as well.
