Hi, is there a grit spray you recommend for the nose of a surfing SUP? What about for a slippery paddle shaft (TWSS)?

No question about it....wax mat by surfco hawaii.
I have it on three boards now and plan to use it on all kite and surf boards.
SUP it would be perfect.
I have tried at least a dozen products like this over 20 years and this one really does work....never even thought about slipping.

Have you tried the HexaTraction by RSPro? I'm curious how it compares to the Wax Mat.

I actually decked an entire board out with hexa with high hopes.

I will just say the wax mat is way stickier and I slipped on the hexa.
I have not slipped once on wax mat.
Well...once I had a giant glob of mud....slipped but miraculously washed off quick and was sticky in seconds again.

Those look like great pads. If the op is looking for a spray on, NSI had one, I think called Monster Spray(?) that worked well for me. Have to use two coats but fast and easy to apply.
