I've got an old one I'd like to get rid of. Can they be recycled in any way? Or am I just going to have to toss it and it will go into the landfill?

<- side note: warm Steel Reserve can cause....look for the red text at the left

Cut off the arms for can or bottle koozies.

Cut off the lower legs for tallboy to 24oz or 32oz koozies

Cut off the knee area for 40oz koozies

Cut off the upper leg for 1.75l or growler koozies.

I have not done a jug koozie yet, but post a pic if you tackle that!

Bit of sewing involved for the bottom on each of the above, but you ain't doin nuthin right now anyway.

Re-purposing is way better than recycling. And you still get to recycle later.

He fixes and lends them to clients.

Thanks, I have had the same issues. The environment is so important and it would great if we can recycle as much as possible! Now I know what to do with my old gear as well.

Cut off the arm or legs and use as Foil wing protection while schlepping.

Killer idea!. Definitely save a ding repair or two. My problem is that I have to hand sew all of my neoprene creations since my sewing machines just will not do neoprene without a fabric layer added in.

Anyone know how to set a sewing machine to do neoprene? I have a 1950's "Dressmaker" and we have a "Chandler" industrial machine at work.

Ewe. Not sure which is grosser. The image of MattV in yoga pants or thinking about what he might be doing in his wetsuit.

I only pee in my ski pants when it is warm enough to be able to put a little snow inside of my shirt to melt into water and let it flush out my legs. Other wise, it is just gross.

Never understood this. Other than knowing that Dr. Gregory House was right when he said repeatedly "Everybody Lies"

Example: KB4C, Skippers meeting, plenty of great Starbucks coffee and scwagg drinks. Then I'm going out into my wetsuit for 6 1/2 hours of kiting?

Unless you kite with a catheter.

My "solution" is post-piss I drop into the water and grab the neck seal and "gulp" gallons and gallons of flushing water a la humpbacked whales.

I piss in my wetsuit all the time. Urine is sterile. Plus it makes me lighter so I can boost higher.

Careful! I wear Yoga pants now as a result of "neck seal gulping" that allowed a jellyfish or two to be "flushed" into my suit and past some pretty sensitive areas. Now I only let half of my pee go, just in case I need to kill some of the jelly fish sting with the other half.

I used to be a fan of Speedo's, but the yoga pants do a more complete job of covering up the scars from those jelly fish stings when I had no pee left to relieve them.

I am really hoping I did not gross out Wind Slither with the "Matt V in speedo's" image. So sorry about that.... but I bet you can get me out of your head looking at Juliette Lewis in a bikini in the link.

Hope it helps.
