Sauvie is great on a hot weekday afternoon!
For us PDX folk, it's only 40mins away.
Flat water and a long beach - a rare thing on the river.
Wish I could make it, but I'm tied up today.
Have fun out there!
- Bob

So bummed I missed out on a good Sauvie sesh and to try my hand at foiling.
I checked iKitesurf yesterday afternoon, and Sauvie was the only spot on the river that was blowing.

Yes, thanks Jon and Lisa for the demos, food, drinks, swag, and spreading the positive vibe and stoke that you both carry. Slingshot is lucky to have you two on their side IMHO.

Last night was like days of way past, like 2003-2006 when SI was actually good.

It was great to see all the new faces and a lot of the old crew from the early 2000s years. Many of the old crew now have little ones learning and or shredding it up, which was awesome to see and witness.

Last night was magical with the warm consistent breeze, warm water and sand, red hues at dusk with the full moon coming up in the NE, and all the un-cut manicured rows of crops as well as all the cut field of crops. SI was awesome last night!!!!!

Get some!

Hmmm, ya mean back when you had a 19M in your quiver? Funny how it seemed so much better back then!
