there has got to be a few other stay@home dads out there (or ladies, not discriminating) in a similar situation to myself. I'm a full time stay@home dad with one 17-month-old daughter and I'd love to be able to get a few kite sessions during the week. Anyone interested in starting a kid-watching tradeoff, mid-day, so both parents can get a 2hr break to kite? PM me if interested with phone #, let's figure this out!

Oh my gosh. I was joking. If you crash wouldn't the kids head go under water?

Leave the hood for some sessions. It was like family day at Stevie he other day. Most fun family vibe Ina while and no shady travelers to steel yôur stuff. Little kids and cool dogs were plentiful. Smile

Sound great, but what do I do? Just ask the person next to me to watch my kid? Confused

My wife and I have many nieces and nephews between our 2 families but none of our own children. We would be more than happy to help on the beach for an hour or so while dad gets to kite a session in. The girls have kite nights Wednesday night maybe families can have their own kite time.

Great idea Jon and interesting thread topic Shiver. I always thought a Port area space leased by a "Summer Session" school aka kid drop off daycare/preschool/summer school for active parents who want their kite/sup/windsurf/bike fix would be popular.

My 6 and 4 year old would spend all day at Kids Beach if they could so count me in to assist with a family/kid kite meet-n-greet plus I think it's safe to say if we can tell our significant others "Hey honey I'm going kiting and taking the kids" they will instantly become our best wind forecasters. Very Happy
