First Day of the Season for Sauvies Island?

Ok Ladies and Germs, it is that time of year for first day of the season for guesses on who kites Sauvies Island first this year.

Two categories this year.
1: Traditional old-school with a surfboard, SUP, or Twin tip on West to NW to N wind.

I'll take 4/15 all the while listen to the Beatles tune Tax Man.

2: Second Open Class: Foilboards to kayaks to milk carton box ships to all the regular stuff people use.

I'll take March 21st.
